The Zen of the Mash Tun

Why Dharma Brews?  It must be a zen thing, the austerity of Buddhism, the gentle hedonism of a good beer.  Really the only way it works is to consider beer as the story of life, from the civilization of Ur to our present state.  More than wine, beer is the magic of pulling one thing from another, a magic, zymurgic, alchemic motion of the bounty of the earth to the beverage of comradery, the offering of hospitality to a traveller.  Beer is the beverage of moderation.  Sometimes it doesn't end up that way but it has that capacity to provide a measure of succor to the weary.

So come back from time to time and share your experiences of the mellowness of kicking back with a truly sublime beer, a journey through the ages!
